If you are arriving earlier, it may be possible to leave your bags and return after 14.00. Just ask us on the day.

Check out is 12.00

We can arrange late check out for a fee. Let us know your plans and we are happy to accommodate if possible.

We have a strict non smoking policy indoors. If you are a smoker, we still want you to have a good time. So you are advised to smoke on the balcony, with the door shut or garden only.

If smoking is detected indoors, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 50 euros.

Thank you for adhering to our guidelines and respecting our house rules.

While we love pets, we unfortunately can’t host them for sleepovers. They are welcome to visit in the garden only and kept on a lead.

To confirm your reservation, you will need to pay a deposit at booking stage. Full payment is taken prior to check in.

Payment in full prior to check in is required at arrival.

We reserve the right to no refund once bookings are confirmed.
